Insert the brush gently between the teeth, interdental spaces or under dental devices like brackets. Move its full length back and forth a few times to remove plaque and any food particles. Once finished, rinse thoroughly. Replace when the bristles become worn.
I only use these brushes consistently. They are the best!

The best brooms ever!!
Interprox Plus 90' are the best interdental brushes in the world! Previously, when using straight brushes, I constantly injured the gum between teeth 6 and 7, 7 and 8. With these brushes, with a 90-degree angle, this problem does not exist! They clean perfectly, do not harm the gums, and the thicker ones do not bend at all. The 0.6mm and 0.7mm ones can bend due to their thickness, but this issue is not as pronounced as with straight brushes! Previously, straight brushes would constantly bend and break in just 2 weeks! But I can use these for three months until the bristles wear out! The most important thing is to choose the right size. I use 0.6mm, 0.7mm, and 1.1mm for different gaps. Next time, I will also get the 1mm one. I hope they become available again soon. If I had known they wouldn't be available, I would have stocked up.
