Dermablend Fluid Corrective Foundation - Vichy Dermablend Fluid Corrective Foundation 16HR
Attached is a photo to the previous review. I applied it to my hand as an example, and it is barely noticeable in terms of color as it blends perfectly with the skin.
At the moment, this is my best foundation. It applies well on oily skin, but if the skin is dry, it is necessary to use a moisturizer before applying it. It adapts nicely to the skin tone within a few minutes and truly covers all skin imperfections. After using this fluid, I don't even need to use powder. For example, when I applied it on my hand, it blended so well with the skin tone that it was hardly noticeable.
I ordered this product upon the recommendation of my dermatologist. It is quite decent. Previously, I have always used BB creams, so in terms of texture, this one feels more dense. It is easier to apply with a beauty blender.
Excellent foundation.
I chose this product instead of my favorite Healthy Mix by Bourjois because I am looking for a replacement due to its new formula. I have combination and problematic skin. In comparison to Healthy Mix, this foundation is much denser in texture, although it is marketed as a fluid. However, its coverage ability is almost the same. But I find it difficult to distribute on my skin due to its thickness, even with a damp sponge on a pre-applied base. Overall, it is decent and does not emphasize flaws, it has a glossy finish, although its scent has a silicone-like smell. But its biggest drawback is the shade range. For some reason, in Ukraine, there is no lightest shade available, and even shade 15 Opal is dark and yellowish (in Healthy Mix, my shade is 50.5). Maybe it will be suitable for summer, but for now, I have to look for something else (maybe someone can recommend dermatological foundations with a light palette).
I really liked this foundation. It applies smoothly and adapts to the skin tone without clogging pores. It is necessary to moisturize the skin well and then there will be no issues with application. I bought the shade 25 in winter and used it without any problems in the summer until it ran out. My skin is tanned and prone to oiliness.
There is a lot of advertising, but the effect is comparable to a cheap foundation. It doesn't provide any moisturization and doesn't give a matte finish either. Instead, it emphasizes the dryness of the skin. It doesn't cover flaws, but rather highlights them. It's a waste of money.
This is a great, high-quality medicinal fluid that works well for mattifying the skin.
This is a great fluid product that sits nicely on the skin and adapts well to my skin tone. I have some post-acne imperfections, but it doesn't cover them significantly. I chose the shade 20, "opal" for blondes, and it suits me well.
This product is very unpredictable. Sometimes it applies beautifully, covering imperfections without a mask-like effect, adjusting to the skin tone, and creating a natural look. However, other times it's just terrible - it accentuates all the flaws and dryness, appearing dry like low-quality powder or sliding and melting on the face, which is horrifying to see in the mirror. I can't even understand the pattern behind such different outcomes, as I follow the same skincare rituals and use the same makeup base, yet I get completely unpredictable results.
The foundation has a thick consistency, which makes it difficult to blend. However, when used in combination with another foundation (as I do), the result is better. Its advantage is that it covers everything, evens out the skin tone, and lasts all day. Even in hot weather, the skin won't look shiny (unlike Vichy Mineral Blend). Since it is thick, it may clog pores and is not suitable for skin with flakes. Overall, it is an excellent product that I purchased at a pharmacy.
I spent a long time choosing the shade and unfortunately, I didn't get it right. The opal shade is too light, suitable only for fair-skinned individuals. It is not suitable for normal or dry skin types. I have a combination skin type, and it accentuates any dry patches I have. The finish is matte and velvety. It feels lightweight on the face and covers imperfections well. However, it is not the right foundation for me.
The foundation is simply amazing! I have oily skin prone to acne. Currently, I am using the entire skincare line from this brand and have added the foundation to my collection. Honestly, I have never had a better product in my life. The most important thing about it is that it doesn't cause breakouts, but actually helps to heal them! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product, although the price is a bit high, it is definitely worth it. With proper care, it applies like a second skin. The opal shade is perfect for my fair skin, it lasts all day and provides excellent coverage. Thank you, Vishy, for your incredibly high-quality products! I am purchasing this foundation for the third time now.
I didn't buy it here, but I still want to leave a review. It's good that I bought a sample because the foundation didn't suit me. I have the lightest shade - Opal. In the morning, I washed my face, toned it, applied a drop of Vichy serum, primer, eye cream, and then this foundation fluid, which I applied with a damp sponge, blending it into my face. At first, it seemed "Wow, the shade looks great, the color matches," but later I was very disappointed, about two hours later when I got to work. This foundation accentuated all the dry patches that I thought I didn't have, it made my face look like a mask, it became wrinkled like a goose.
The cream is very light, with a thin layer that covers even dark pigmented spots, leaving them almost unnoticeable. It lasts the entire day and does not dry out the skin. It is recommended to use it after applying a moisturizer to make the application easier. This is my second time ordering it.
This fluid is amazing! It really effectively covers imperfections, redness, and acne. When properly moisturized, it does not make the skin feel tight, so I highly recommend using a moisturizing cream. Unfortunately, shade 20 - vanilla did not suit my fair skin. It appears too pinkish. I will search for another shade.
I really want a sample of number 20 Vanilla! Where can I get it? There are no samples in pharmacies because of COVID-19.
I ordered this foundation - it worked perfectly for my slightly problematic skin. It is easy to apply sparingly and conceals redness and skin imperfections. I really liked it.
I really liked the fluid. I had problematic skin with multiple inflammations, but in combination with treatment, my skin has improved significantly. Before applying the product, I use a moisturizing cream, otherwise the foundation accentuates all the peeling. However, at the same time, thanks to regular use of the fluid, the condition of my skin has truly improved. I chose shade 20, which was perfect for winter, but I understand that for spring I can go for a slightly darker shade. The texture of the product allows for very economical use. I liked it.
I have ordered it about 5 times already and it is one of my favorite foundations. However, it should only be applied with a makeup base, otherwise it will accentuate all the dry patches and every little wrinkle. The foundation should be applied on a base in a very small amount.
I used to use Vishy Ideal before, but since it's not available anywhere, I decided to try this one. It applies to the face slightly differently, but overall it's also a good foundation. It conceals imperfections, evens out the tone, and doesn't cause any dryness or flaking of the skin.
I am a fan of this cream. I highly recommend it as it effectively conceals all imperfections and evens out the skin tone.
I received this foundation as a gift and was initially afraid of the overtly yellow color. However, when I started applying it to my face... it was like a fairytale. It is lightweight, blends beautifully, and evens out my skin tone. But there is one condition that must be met for it to work on your skin: MOISTURE (a primer, moisturizer, serum, whatever your soul desires or your skin is used to). No foundation can replace proper skincare.
I liked the foundation, it doesn't give a mask effect. The shade 15 is perfect for fair skin. It doesn't cause inflammation or acne. I bought it based on a dermatologist's recommendation. However, if you are treating acne and have flaky skin, the foundation may emphasize them, unless you moisturize well before applying it.
I have never had a worse product in my life. I used it on glass and it was excellent, but I bought this nonsense based on the consultant's recommendation and I am shocked that Vichy can even release such a disgusting product...
I was recommended this foundation by a cosmetologist as a sunscreen. Honestly, I did not like it at all. It accentuates all the dryness and imperfections, making my face look terrible. I tried applying it a couple of times, but I won't be using it anymore. I'm sure if you have perfect skin, it might work for you, but unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky.
For me, this is the best product. I have been using it for about 3 years now and it has minimal consumption. It evens out the skin tone and covers imperfections, but you need to get used to using it. It is useless to apply it on dry and flaky skin as it accentuates all the flaws. I only need a tiny drop for my entire face and neck, the key is not to overdo it, otherwise, it will look like a mask on your face. It doesn't clog pores or cause inflammation, and personally, it doesn't slide off my face. It only slides off if I need to cover something serious with a thick layer in a targeted manner.
I really like this foundation. It applies smoothly on the face and effectively hides imperfections without feeling heavy. Overall, I am satisfied with it.
I am purchasing for the second time because I still cannot find any alternatives at such a price for the cool season. As for the coverage, I would say it covers serious flaws, but only about 65%. I agree with those who mentioned that the product starts to melt off the face very quickly, and that's a fact. Personally, simple powdering doesn't really help me, so I have to resort to baking. Shade 15 is not suitable for fair-skinned individuals as it is too yellow. I have no complaints about the formulation itself; it doesn't make things worse, and that's already good.
This foundation is amazing. It effectively highlights all skin imperfections, just like any other matte foundation. However, its other features are outstanding. The shade 15 is genuinely light, and the undertone is natural, neither orange nor pink. The coverage is excellent and can conceal any skin issues. It lasts long and performs well throughout the day. A dermatologist recommended this foundation to me as one of the few products suitable for problematic acne-prone skin. I highly recommend it.
Shade 25 was a perfect match for me. It is the best foundation I have ever used, and I highly recommend it.
Maybe for women with problematic skin, especially vitiligo, this is a normal cream, but I do not recommend it for men with vitiligo! Do not believe the flashy advertisement where a guy with a full body tattoo is completely disguised. Yes, from a distance it might seem cool to you. But outside, in the sunlight, it will be noticeable on your face that it's like wearing powder.
I am not a girl, and I do not know how to deal with my face, and I do not need it. The main thing is to hide problem areas with depigmentation or hyperpigmentation. And this cream does not do that.
It's noticeable like powder on the face, and it doesn't conceal blemishes. There are foundation creams that do a better job of hiding vitiligo, and I found them.
Unfortunately, I bought this cream (at the pharmacy) and was disappointed. I will continue searching.
Thank you, Makeup, for the website and the opportunity to leave a comment so that others can draw their own conclusions, because it's not easy to leave a comment on the manufacturer's website.
I am 100% satisfied with this foundation.
I bought this cream quite a while ago and have had the chance to try it out. Sometimes it seems to have a mind of its own, especially if it's not too hot outside - it holds up well. It adjusts nicely to my skin, initially appearing yellow and then blending with my natural tone. However, it's not super long-lasting. The major issue with this shade is that it honestly smells like some kind of construction chemical. I don't understand why the manufacturer allowed such a scent for a facial product. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5.
Hello there!
I rarely leave reviews, and if I do, it's only for a product that I have personally tried and was very impressed with.
I ordered the Vichy Dermablend Fluid Corrective Foundation 16HR in shade 25, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered it blindly, relying on my previous experience with similar shades, and I didn't make a mistake. The foundation applies smoothly and evenly. The consistency of the product itself is not too liquid, which indicates its high quality.
I received a sample of the 10ml Dermablend foundation from Vichy. The scent is fresh, not overwhelming, and pleasant. I have a lot of pigmented spots on my face and postpartum melasma. When I applied a small amount of Dermablend, it covered everything very nicely, which makes me very happy. By the way, it doesn't give a mask-like effect, as the product is lightweight and moisturizing. I didn't experience any flaking throughout the day. Usually, I cleanse with products that have a gentle exfoliating effect. Prior to this, I had tried different brands of foundations like Maybelline, L'ORÉAL, and BB creams, but now my choice is Vichy. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to test your new products and share my feedback.
What a pity! This is the first foundation that accentuated my flakes. Now I know that I have them.
The best foundation I have ever tried. Thank you, Makeup, for the gift.
I have always bought foundation, but this time I decided to try fluid. For those wondering what to choose, I would definitely recommend foundation. The fluid goes on in patches and seems watery, but it causes my skin to flake... unlike the foundation, which is thick (I mix it with moisturizer and have no problems)... it's strange overall.
The only advantage is that it doesn't clog pores. For those who have bought it and regretted it, you can mix it with colorless fluids or liquid moisturizer, then it won't go on in patches and your skin won't flake as much.
I do not recommend this cream. It applies poorly, leaving patches and streaks (I applied it with a beauty blender and with my hands). It only minimally corrects imperfections, and it does not provide coverage for everything. It is definitely not worth the money.
5 -) Good foundation fluid. It is excellent for oily skin, and also works well for combination skin (which is what I have). It mattifies very well and hides imperfections (especially inflamed areas). I can recommend it, but in my opinion, the price is a bit high. If it were 100 hryvnias less, then it would definitely be worth it. There are a few drawbacks: after applying the fluid and making facial expressions, lines are left behind, like wrinkles. (This fluid is perfect for wrinkle-free skin). But overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. Makeup delivery - you guys are great!
I did not like it! The effect is not what I expected... I bought the fluid in the pharmacy. There used to be a good Normaderm foundation, very good, why did they remove it!? ((((
"This is the best product I have found for problem skin."
(Note: As the original text is already in Russian, it is not necessary to translate it back into English.)
I recently bought the foundation in shade 25. I am very satisfied with it and highly recommend it for those with problematic facial skin.
I tested this cream from a sample. The color is opal. Here are my conclusions: this cream is suitable for very oily skin and has no wrinkles.
Today was my first time using this fluid. After analyzing the comments, I decided to go with shade 15. It is primarily meant for a makeup base and other products can be used to cover dark areas. At first, it seemed too light, but it did a great job of evening out my skin tone. After applying powder and blush to the necessary areas, I concluded that it is simply perfect as a base. The product applies smoothly, but be careful not to use too much or it will look like a mask. Blend it well. I liked it. And thank you Vichy for the gift, the lifting set is simply amazing.
I recently ordered this product and I still don't understand why it has received so many negative reviews. I have combination skin without open pores. I was unsure about the shade - Opal 15. My skin is not the lightest, but this shade suited me. I suspect that in the summer, a slightly darker shade would be needed. The foundation is very good: it applies evenly, creates a matte effect, and adapts to the skin tone. I am completely satisfied with it for now.
I use it more like a concealer, not applying a heavy layer all over my face. In this way, it is practically invisible, but it hides imperfections well. Although any foundation can be noticeable, even from a high-end brand. But this one is as good as it gets.
I did not like it. It is very noticeable on the face, which is important to me! It is impossible to blend, it immediately settles like a mask. I tried using it as a base, without anything on top, and under creams - the result was zero. It accentuates expression lines a lot. It is important to consider another aspect, that it is still a fluid - it slightly dries out the skin and doesn't allow moisture to come through... as a result, in the second half of the day, my skin feels like a squeezed lemon. I will definitely not purchase it again. It's better to pay a little more and buy a good foundation fluid - for example, Giorgio Armani. Perhaps, if I didn't have anything to compare it to, where I truly felt the softness, velvetiness, and weightlessness on my face, I would say it's good... but unfortunately, I do not recommend it. Whether to buy it or not - the choice is yours.
Great foundation. I have combination skin prone to breakouts. It effectively conceals imperfections, evens out the skin tone, and is economical to use. What's even better is that it feels weightless on the skin.
Great fluid!!! It applies smoothly and conceals all imperfections flawlessly. I am completely satisfied!)
