Good gel, but one bottle of 400 ml is not enough for visible and noticeable results. I applied it in the morning and evening for the first two weeks, as recommended in the instructions. And I have to say, the large volume ran out very quickly. But I will get a second bottle. It cools down really well for the first 20 minutes, and then there is a warming effect. However, it is important to understand that a comprehensive approach is needed, including exercise and massage, for this gel to work.

It feels as if you've been doused with icy water and blasted with cold fans! Then it starts to warm up. The effects last for about 15-20 minutes. Personally, it gives me a shiver from the cold. The effect is definitely there, with the skin feeling tightened and firm.
I do not agree with the previous comment: the gel provides both a warming and cooling sensation even after a regular shower, without the need to warm the skin. It has a low consumption rate. The skin feels delicate and velvety after using it. I personally use it after showering, after the Collistar Talasso-Scrub Anti-Acqua scrub, and after a massage. The warming effect lasts for about 15-30 minutes, depending on the situation.
The texture is great, leaving the skin velvety after applying the cream. However, it is necessary to apply the cream only on warmed-up skin. Dry brushing, scrubs, massaging with a firm loofah, jar massage - anything will do, and only then apply this cream. That's when you can feel the bone-chilling cold and experience the desired effect. I applied it a couple of times just after showering and didn't feel anything. Without massage - it's not even worth buying this product.
