The only downside for now is the price.
The shampoo is not amazing. It started foaming normally after 1-2 uses, when my hair got used to it after the previous shampoo. My hair didn't become shinier than it was before. On the first day after washing, there is indeed some volume to the hair and it feels light, but by the second day, all of that disappears abruptly and the hair becomes flat and unruly. There is too much of a difference, and I don't like washing my hair every day. The positives for me are that it doesn't make my scalp itchy and my hair gets less oily compared to other shampoos.
