Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by thoroughly washing your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods available—you can try various techniques and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a distinctive suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly positioned. If you are unsure, feel the base of the cup—it should be round or oval once inserted. If you notice any dents or folds, the cup has not fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once secured, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is in place, and the cup is successfully positioned!
