The Magni Man Pro test is used to evaluate whether a man's sperm concentration is below or above 15 million/mL. Information on sperm concentration can be used for diagnosing and assessing the therapeutic effect of male infertility treatments.-
Step 1: Sample Collection. Collect the sample manually, avoiding the use of condoms. Place the semen sample in the container and let it sit for approximately 15 minutes to liquefy.
Step 2: Sample Application Example: Use a syringe to collect the semen in a buffer container.
Step 3: Sample Preparation: Transfer the semen into the buffer container using a syringe.
Step 4: Mix the Sample. Vigorously shake the container to mix the sample.
Step 5: Prepare the Solution: Break off the tip of the solution container.
Step 6: Apply the Solution: Add 2 drops of the solution to the designated area of the test cassette.
Step 7: Read the Result: Wait for 5 minutes, then read and interpret the result.
