Diagnostic Test for Albumin in Urine Lab.Home M-Albu-Check-1
- Characteristics
- Description
M-Albu-Check-1 Strip – a specific, rapid immunodiagnostic test designed for the qualitative confirmation of albumin presence in urine. This test helps detect pathological concentrations of albumin in urine (exceeding 10 mg/L).
Under normal physiological conditions, albumin is absent or present in trace amounts in urine. Elevated levels of albumin in urine correlate with impaired filtration and suggest kidney dysfunction. Abnormal levels of glucose or triglycerides (fats), diabetes, and hypertension are factors that contribute to the excretion of albumin in urine.
