Before use, you can cool the massager in the refrigerator, though this is not necessary. It is important to perform upward and outward movements. Use the massager on well-cleansed skin, starting from the central area, as shown in the illustration. Apply your favorite serum, cream, or face oil beforehand. Repeat each movement 5-10 times. Start the massage from the neck. Thoroughly massage the area above the collarbones, then smoothly move from the base of the neck to the chin. Starting from the center, move the stone in radial motions along the face towards the back of the ear. Begin the jaw massage from the chin, moving the stone plate upwards and outwards towards the ear. Massage the cheeks in the same manner, moving upwards and outwards from the nose to the ear. Massage the skin under the eyes, starting from the inner corner of the eye towards the ear. Be sure to massage this area very gently. Start the forehead massage from the point between the eyebrows. Massage upwards over the eye area, then gradually move to massaging along the hairline towards the ear. Do not use on irritated, cut, or extensively acne-prone skin. After use, rinse the stone with warm water and soap.
