To begin, you need to degrease your eyelids to ensure the lashes adhere well. Use a makeup remover to wipe your eyes. The lashes may be too wide for your eyes, so try them on first. Using tweezers, place the lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible. Trim them if they are too wide or much longer than your natural lashes. Squeeze a small strip of glue onto your palm and drag the lash strip through it. Wait a few seconds for the glue to thicken. Use tweezers to hold the lashes in the middle and place them close to the base of your natural lashes. Start pressing the false lashes from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner, holding the lash tips with your fingers. Use a toothpick to press along the base for better attachment. Line your upper eyelid along the lash line with an eyeliner or black contour pencil, slightly extending beyond the movable eyelid. This technique will help conceal minor imperfections, such as glue residue.
