Usually, new products are of good quality, but... The brush is very convenient, that's it. The quality of the mascara is questionable (it simply RUNS when it comes into contact with water). For such a price, this is a BIG drawback. However, I liked some other products. Please, manufacturer, improve the quality of the mascara.
