Step 1.
Prepare your lips. Moisturize them to create a smoother surface, which will make it easier to apply the lip liner.

Outline your lips with short, natural strokes. Start from the upper corner of your lips and follow just outside the natural lip line. This will create the illusion of fuller and wider lips and help accentuate plump lips.
