Bath - Fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils pre-mixed with a carrier oil. Use 6-12 drops of essential oil mixed with one tablespoon (10 ml) of carrier oil for one bath.
Massage - Add selected essential oils to your massage oil. In a glass container or bottle, pour about 50 ml of carrier oil, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix well.
Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool, light-protected place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
For massage, typically add 2-3 drops of essential oil to one teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil.
Diffusion - Fill the water container in your aroma lamp or diffuser with water and add 3-6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - Add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
