- Enriching Cosmetic Products: Mix 3-5 drops of lavender oil or its blend with other oils with 10 g (ml) of a base product (such as vegetable oil, cream, lotion, tonic, shampoo, etc.).
- Massage: Mix 5-8 drops of lavender oil or its blend with other oils with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (like olive, almond, corn, wheat germ, etc.) or a cream of your choice.
- Baths: Lavender oil can be used for baths. Add 5-8 drops of lavender oil or its blend with other oils, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (such as milk, honey, sea salt, or table salt), to a filled bath at 37-38 °C. Duration of the bath should be 10-15 minutes.
- Sauna: Add 5-10 drops of lavender oil or its blend with other oils to a container with a small amount of hot water and place it on the top shelf of the sauna.
- Room Fragrance: Add 5-7 drops of lavender oil or a blend of oils to an aroma lamp filled with water, and light a candle. The scent will fill the room. If an aroma lamp is unavailable, apply lavender oil to a napkin or add it to a cup of hot water and place it on a radiator.
