Trim and shape the nails. Push back the cuticles and remove any dead skin, gently buff the nail surface. Make sure to degrease the nail plate. Select the tips for each nail (the correct size is when the French tip fully covers the free edge and aligns with the sides of the nail). Apply glue to the corners of the free edge and the inner surface of the tip. Press the tip gently without applying too much force, then secure the corners. Remove the tip holder to release the tip. Wipe away any excess glue before it dries. Shape the free edge and gently buff the surface of the tip. Remove any remaining dust with a lint-free cloth and degrease the nail. Apply a base coat, such as gel polish, and cure according to the instructions. Apply a top coat and cure again as instructed. Remove the sticky layer.
