How to apply: with a fine brush, apply drops of EXTRA Pro Base to the spots where the rhinestones will be placed. The base drops should be slightly larger in diameter than the rhinestones. "Set" the rhinestones by slightly sinking them into the drops of base. Cure under a UV/LED, combo lamp for 10-15 sec. Then, with a fine brush dampened in PNB rubber base coat, outline the "set" rhinestones. Cure under a UV/LED, combo lamp for 10-15 sec. Cover the part of the design without rhinestones with a fixative using a brush. Polymerize in a UV lamp for 2 mins, in LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps - 60 sec.
