Adhesive Acid-Free Base Coat PNB Bond Control

I used this product a while ago and everything was great. When it ran out, I ordered it again but the old primer left a sticky residue while the new one completely disappears. It seems like they have the same ingredients, but I don't understand if it's the same or different. However, there is a noticeable difference.

This product is not bad at all. It has a small consumption rate, and the jar has a good volume for its price. However, there is a significant drawback: it has a strong smell of acetone, which raises doubts about its safety, as stated in the description. Additionally, the composition is not the best.
