It's quite acceptable. For such a price, it's a decent primer. It applies smoothly in a thin layer, dries slightly, and then you can apply eyeshadow on top. They hold up well and don't smudge.
The shade is too white and applies unevenly, which may "drown out" the color of the eyeshadows.
Good, convenient to use. I didn't notice any cooling effect. I really like that my eyes don't get tired from this primer by the end of the working day. It's not super long-lasting for eyeshadows, but it's quite durable. Shadows will stay on for about 7-8 hours with it.
