The toner is sticky, what kind of refreshment are we talking about here? The unpleasant sensation after use is like having a greasy and dirty sticky face, and it's the same in the morning too. It's a shame I can't return it, I won't even take it for 10 UAH anymore, let alone 100 UAH.
