Enhancing Cosmetic Products (creams, tonics, shampoos, conditioners): Add 5 drops of oil (or an oil blend) to 15 grams of base product (1-2 tablespoons).
Massage: Mix 3-7 drops of oil (or an oil blend) with 1-2 tablespoons of a carrier oil (such as jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.).
Baths: Combine 4-7 drops of oil with 30-60 grams of an emulsifier (such as salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bath.
Detox Bath: Use 3 drops of bergamot, 3 drops of juniper, 3 drops of geranium, and 1 drop of sandalwood.
Rinses (oral care), Sore Throat: Add 6 drops of oil to 200 ml of water. Gargle twice a day.
Inhalations and Room Fragrance:
- Aroma Diffuser: Add 5-7 drops of oil for every 15 square meters of space into an aroma lamp filled with water and light the candle.
- Aroma Pendants: Use 2-3 drops.

This product has a wonderful, strong pine scent that lasts a long time. I bought it for acne-prone skin. I apply it directly to any inflammation at night. The next day, the pimples dry out and the inflammation decreases. I definitely recommend it.
