Bio-tattoo Mehendi is one of the most popular ways to adorn the body with intricate patterns, a tradition that has remained popular in India for many centuries and has recently gained worldwide recognition. The creation of these elaborate designs involves henna, which is made from a herbal powder base. While Mehendi originally held more of a ritual significance, today it is appreciated for its aesthetic appeal.
For maximum convenience, specialists from the Indian brand Kajal have packaged the ready-to-use mixture in a cone. The dye is henna-based and contains a safe coloring pigment. The applied design lasts for 10-12 days, with the duration depending on skin type and care. It is essential to minimize exposure to water, creams, sweat, and friction, and to occasionally wipe it with vegetable oil.

Prepare the skin by exfoliating and degreasing it first. Carefully trim the cone tip (the thinner the tip, the finer the lines will be). Conduct an allergy test beforehand. Apply the prepared paste to the inner bend of your elbow for 20 minutes, then rinse it off. If no reaction occurs within 2 hours, you can proceed with the application. Black henna becomes visible immediately after drying. Black henna is more liquid than natural brown henna. Make a small cut, apply in a thin layer to prevent lines from merging. You can create your own design or use a mehndi stencil. Squeeze the henna out by pressing the cone. Draw your design. About 30-40 minutes after application, gently remove the thin film formed by the henna on the design surface using your fingernail or an orange stick, and you're done!
