For an aroma lamp, use 2-5 drops of essential oil per 15 square meters.
For aroma pendants, use 1-2 drops.
For a bath, add 3-5 drops of tea tree oil (or a blend with chamomile oil in a 1:1 ratio), pre-mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, or a solution of sea or table salt).
For sitz baths: add 3-5 drops of pre-emulsified tea tree oil to a half-filled bath or basin of warm water. This is used for vaginal and urethral infections.
For foot baths: dissolve 7-10 drops of emulsified oil in 500 ml of hot water.
For enriching creams and toners, add 2-3 drops of oil per 10 ml of base.
For enriching shampoo, add 30 drops of essential oil to 200 ml of shampoo. In cases of lice, wash hair with this shampoo 2-3 times a week.
For massage, the concentration of tea tree oil in the oil base should be between 2-3%, although a 5% solution is sometimes used (for example, for muscle pain). For 100 ml of carrier oil, use 50 drops of essential oil; for 50 ml of base, use 25 drops; for 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil, use 7-8 drops; and for 1 teaspoon (5 ml), use 2-3 drops.
