One of the best shampoos for me. I have long, black, dyed hair that was falling out a lot. This shampoo stopped the hair loss. It cleanses well and lathers nicely. It is also cost-effective. It worked well for my husband too. I do not recommend using it on a regular basis. I alternate it with another shampoo when the bottle runs out. That's when it is most effective.
