It dries in 1 minute, doesn't shrink the polish, has a specific smell, but does its job well. Apparently, a lot depends on the quality of the polish itself, onto which the top coat is applied. I have a glittery polish, and it dried quickly. I will write about its durability after a week of wearing it.

I did not like this top coat at all; it was a completely useless purchase. I tried applying it in one and two coats, but the result was the same - the coating peeled off in chunks. I applied it on clean nail plates and tried applying it three times, thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, but evidently, this top coat is poorly made. I don't know how they can produce something like this in Italy.
