This product excessively dries out the hair! It feels like I just coated my hair with baking soda or dish soap. The masks and conditioners are powerless in fixing the situation - my hair sticks out like antennas, gets tangled, and is impossible to style. It looks dull and shapeless like a pile of straw. I do not recommend it at all.

I didn't like the scent - it smells like hair dye. If it dissipated over time, it would be okay, but it is very, very long-lasting and overpowering. It doesn't wash out hair very well. Hair becomes dirty on the same day.

This shampoo is just average, and I had higher expectations. Without using conditioner, it makes your hair very stiff. I wouldn't buy it again.

The first time, I apply the shampoo on my hands and distribute it evenly on my scalp, massaging it for a minute or maybe more. Then I rinse it off. The second time, I lather the shampoo in my palms and apply it on my scalp, massaging it, and I can already feel that my scalp is clean. If you want the effect of having squeaky-clean and incredibly shiny hair, do it three more times, and it will be amazing. The product lasts for a long time, as we have been using it for 5 months now.

I need two pumps for my long bob, but it still lasts a long time.

Great shampoo, but it has a high consumption rate. It doesn't lather well and I need to use at least five squirts and apply it twice for shoulder-length hair. Won't buy it again.
