Something seems to have changed in the composition, as when diluted with water, a brownish undertone is immediately visible. As a result, the black color settles on gray hair as a dark brown shade and washes out during the next wash. I have been using this product for about 2 years, if not more, from Trio, and this has never happened before. Please bring it back to how it was before!

Since my hair started falling out a lot, I decided to switch to natural hair dye and try this one. And I don't regret it. It covers grey hair perfectly, after dyeing my hair shines and looks well-groomed. Two sachets are enough for my length, and if I only dye the roots, one is sufficient. It washes off well, without any problems. Yes, the bathroom does get quite messy, but if you wash it right away, there are no traces left. Overall, I recommend it.

The hair dye is amazing! It was my first experience using this type of product to dye my hair, more as an experiment, partly because I have a slight allergy to Casting (although I really like their shade "Black Coffee", so I endured and occasionally scratched for a couple of days). I read conflicting reviews here - some mentioned burning, others mentioned dryness, and some said it stains everything it touches. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try. First, I mixed three packets with hot water and added coconut oil. I realized that with the generous amount I apply, it wouldn't be enough for my whole head, so I mixed the remaining three packets as well. It is very easy to apply, it accidentally got on my face, but it wasn't a big deal, it washed off with warm water. There was no burning sensation. However, rinsing it off was indeed a bit difficult, but there was no black towel, black bathtub, or black sheets, and my scalp was fine too. The color is a deep black, not exactly the shade I prefer, but beautiful nonetheless. It perfectly covered my gray hairs (I have a few, but they are noticeable). I will see how it looks after a couple of weeks.

It effectively covers any gray hairs and the color lasts for a long time. However, be careful when applying near the scalp and forehead, as it may stain the skin. The black color stayed on my scalp for two hair washes, which is about a week. But overall, there was no burning sensation, allergies, or itching. The color has lasted for three weeks and still looks great. I am very satisfied with this product!

Here is a brief story of my hair coloring experience. I watched a YouTube video about dyeing hair with henna and indigo, mixing them together. After dyeing my hair with Iranian henna and indigo, the color turned out to be fiery red instead of black. I had to wear a hat all day to hide it from everyone. I was left with two options: shave my head or find the right dye. After searching the internet for a suitable dye and reading reviews, I decided to go with Triuga. I didn't add anything except water and the powder, and I left it on for 3 hours. The coloring turned out to be amazing, my hair was as black as shoe polish. It completely covered my gray hair. So, I highly recommend it.

I have been buying the black color for several packs in a row, I leave it on for about 40-45 minutes - it perfectly covers white hair. My friend tried the brown color, she left it on for longer, but it didn't take well (we need to find out why). I need 2 packets to cover my roots. The color on the skin on my forehead comes off easily with a washcloth while rinsing the dye. I wash off the dye first with shampoo, then with conditioner. The most important thing is to rinse and dry the hair well with a black towel.

Excellent hair dye. I don't know how you can keep it on for 2-5 hours! It contains chemical dye. After applying it to the hair, the scalp burned horribly. I could barely stand it for an hour. Not all chemical hair dyes sting like this! But it contains henna, which is beneficial for strengthening the hair. The dye completely covered the gray hair. After washing my hair, it gradually fades like regular hair dye. However, unlike henna and basma, it doesn't wash out completely. The hair, including the ends, remained vibrant and shiny. This is the most successful product I have used in the last few years.

DO NOT KEEP IT FOR 2-5 HOURS! Let me tell you how to use it correctly, because at first I was dissatisfied but now I am incredibly happy!
ALWAYS apply it on clean hair, at first I would often forget and remember already with henna on my head))) it can also be applied on dirty hair but it washes out faster, it washed out from my gray hair in 2-3 washes.
Brew it with not warm water, but practically boiling water, so you turn off the kettle, by the time you bring it to the bathroom and immediately mix it until it becomes a thick sour cream-like consistency, if it turns out too liquid, it's better to add more powder.
DO NOT leave it on for 5 hours! I did that and my hair just started falling out in chunks, henna dries out the hair a lot, but with the correct application and brewing with very hot water it covers perfectly in 45-50 minutes! I tried it this way and that way, and through trial and error I finally understood how to dye my hair correctly, my hair grew a palm's length in half a year from my normal length, it's all thanks to Triuga, it's also great in terms of length - sometimes I stretch it all over, especially when the length grows after using other dyes, I use a straightener and with other dyes they would always wash out, so the ends would always have a reddish tint, but with Triuga, there is none of that, once every six months I use two packets at once for the entire length and I always have an even color throughout the length, and I only touch up the roots.
And yes - Dabur doesn't cover gray hair, Aasha is also worse and the price is not satisfying, I brought a bunch of black henna and indigo dyes from Egypt - they don't cover at all, but Triuga saves the day!!!!
