A mediocre shampoo. In the first month of use, I didn't experience any major issues. However, over time, I noticed that my hair became horribly greasy by the end of the day. One advantage is that it's sulfate-free and really moisturizes the hair. I believe it would work great for those with dry and damaged hair. Unfortunately, I won't be buying it again.
I tried the balm from this line, which I bought because it claimed to have a "natural" sulfate-free formula. However, after using it about ten times (giving it a chance), I decided to give it away. The shampoo is incredibly heavy, and it leaves my hair feeling stuck together. It is extremely difficult to rinse out, almost like it leaves a silicone film behind. I do not recommend using it if you're in a hurry, as you will struggle to wash it out. It does not thoroughly cleanse the hair. However, it does make the hair smooth and eliminates frizz, although it also reduces volume.
The shampoo is good, but it is watery and not very economical. It lasted me for about a month and a half.
