I purchased this product from a website in Poland. I added it to my cart just to reach the required amount. I didn't expect anything, but the balm is excellent! The casing is of high quality and has a pleasant tapered shape, similar to colored lipsticks rather than glue sticks. The pear-scented balm is quite cool. Before writing this review, I deliberately put the balm in my pants pocket and kept it warm for about two hours. It did not leak or change its texture. It moisturizes and softens dry lips very well, without leaving a waxy film. As someone who enjoys picking off dry flakes and has perpetually chapped lips, I can say that this is a wonderful balm! I have tried numerous products in different price ranges throughout my life. It does not contain paraffins, petroleum jellies, or other petroleum by-products.
