After a brief adjustment period, you will no longer feel the cup itself or your "red days of the calendar." You can use the LadyCup continuously for up to 12 hours—longer than any pad or tampon. The LadyCup is made from high-quality medical-grade silicone, without any hard rims or uneven surfaces—exceptionally flexible, soft, and gentle on your body. The LadyCup menstrual cup is unnoticeable. You can swim, exercise, or sleep without clothes, just like at any other time. The menstrual cup is durable. Just one purchase of the LadyCup and it will serve you for about 10 years. The cup pays for itself within the first 6-8 months. Choosing a menstrual cup is a more hygienic option than a tampon. It does not dry out the mucous membrane, leave fibers in the vagina, cause irritation, itching, or toxic shock syndrome. Unlike the material of pads and tampons, harmful microflora does not develop on the silicone surface of the LadyCup. The LadyCup is an eco-friendly product from start to finish—the instructions and packaging are made from recycled paper, and the textile pouch is made from 100% cotton. By purchasing the LadyCup menstrual cup, you significantly reduce the environmental impact of disposable products.

Before first use, sterilize the LadyCup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. Always wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup—there are different folding techniques, so try a few and choose the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction sound or a "pop," indicating it has been properly positioned. If you're unsure, feel the base of the cup—it should be round or oval when correctly positioned. If you feel dents or indentations, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to ensure a suction seal has formed. Once in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, a suction seal has been created, and the cup is successfully installed!
