These small-sized menstrual cups are sanitary products designed for women's health. They are made from materials such as latex, silicone, or, in the case of MeLuna menstrual cups, from high-quality thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). MeLuna menstrual cups are inserted into the vagina to collect menstrual blood.

Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are various folding methods you can try to find the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. Once inserted, the cup will pop open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it’s correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you detect any dents, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once this is done, give the stem a slight tug; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is securely in place!
