Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth in circular motions while gently massaging your gums. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water.
This toothpaste is excellent. It is one of the few that contains the correct amount of fluoride and also includes xylitol. Moreover, it does not contain any harmful ingredients.
This is an average toothpaste for cleaning. My child liked it because it's sweet, but I didn't like the taste. It didn't do a great job in terms of plaque protection and fresh breath. My child doesn't brush their teeth well, so I have to go over it again. Since it's sweet, it causes excessive saliva production, and my child couldn't finish cleaning even one jaw before spitting it out, which lowered its effectiveness in cleaning. There is plaque and enamel darkening in certain areas. I'm still searching for the optimal toothpaste, but toothpastes with more abrasive textures clean better (we bought Green People toothpaste, and it did a great job cleaning without darkening the enamel).
This is a good toothpaste with an excellent fluoride concentration (slightly high for a 6-year-old). However, the composition is the same as the adult toothpaste from this brand, except here it's 50ml, while the adult one is 75ml. Please be more attentive, as this seems to be a marketing tactic to label it as a children's product.
