Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. First, make sure to wash your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try various ones and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you feel dents or folds on the cup, it means it hasn't fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, try pulling the stem slightly; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully positioned!
