I didn't quite understand it, but I hope it works like a cleansing oil. At least that's how I use it, even though it behaves like regular oil when in contact with water. I apply it on dry skin, massage it, remove it with micellar water, and wash my face with a foaming cleanser. I usually only use it to remove BB cream, as I don't see the point of washing off my eye makeup with it.
