First, remove the old polish from your natural nails using an acetone-based remover. Trim your natural nails, then use a wooden stick to push back the cuticles and remove the thin layer (pterygium) underneath. Next, gently buff the surface of your nails with a soft file until they have a matte finish. Select the appropriate size of false nails for each finger and arrange them accordingly. Apply a small amount of glue to the inner surface of each false nail and spread it with the bottle's nozzle. Press the glued false nails onto your natural nails and hold them in place for a short time. Remove any excess glue with a cotton swab.
