1. Тампоны o.b.® с отрывной лентой: Перед использованием средства гигиены вымойте руки. Поверните верхнюю и нижнюю части целлофановой обертки в направлениях, куда указывают стрелки, вокруг тампона.
2. Затем, держа его за нижнюю часть, удалите оставшуюся упаковку.
3. Расправьте шнур возврата, резко потянув за него.
4. Вставьте конец указательного пальца в основание средства гигиены и удалите верхнюю часть целлофановой оболочки.
5. Осторожно раздвиньте половые губы пальцами свободной руки. Расслабьтесь! Аккуратно введите тампон как можно глубже во влагалище. Если вы чувствуете сопротивление, немного измените направление тампона.
6. Если Вы продолжаете ощущать тампон, введите его немного глубже. Если вставлять тампон правильно, он окажется в средней трети влагалища и Вы не будете его чувствовать. Вымойте руки. -
