Long-Lasting Eyeliner - Artdeco Long Lasting Liquid Liner Intense
The pencil is terrible, I do not recommend it. It smudges with greasy black marks around the eyes, and even removing it with a cleansing gel or makeup remover is quite difficult. The most interesting part is that I bought the exact same one in the spring from a popular store in the mall, albeit for 800 UAH. It was just amazing - long-lasting, stayed in place all day without smudging, and had a vibrant color. I don't know why this one turned out like this, as both pencils look identical from the outside.
At first, it painted well, but after a week, it started to dry out and eventually ran out completely. I could hardly paint with it anymore. It was a waste of money. So, I decided to order my old trusted eyeliner, which is four times cheaper, more convenient, and better for me.
The drawing is good, and it has good durability, even though I don't draw thin lines. I bought the brown color.
The impression of this eyeliner is mixed. The price is clearly inflated. It draws quite well and the brown color is rich, but it is difficult to create sharp outer wings with this liner (the felt tip is not sharp enough). When applied to the lower lash line, the eyeliner leaves gaps and looks unimpressive and rough, it's not suitable. However, it works well for defining the space between the lashes. I was surprised that my eyes started tearing after applying the wings, even though the eyeliner is supposed to be safe for contact lens wearers. I have been using the High Precision Liquid Liner for many years, and it is much better, although it is not recommended for contact lens wearers. Even though I bought this brown eyeliner on sale, I still think the price is too high. You can find eyeliner of similar quality for half the price!
