Mugler Alien Fusion Eau de Parfum

I have been waiting for them for so long, but for some reason, they are nowhere to be found. They are divine, complementary, unique, and I really want them!

Perhaps this review is not objective because I just received the perfumes today. Of course, they need to "come to themselves" after the journey and stand for a while. However, I can't wait to try them.

Before ordering, I read many reviews about Alien Fusion. The conclusion is that there are as many opinions as there are people. Almost everyone claimed that it is not worth buying, that it is just a copy of the original Alien. As for me, these perfumes are completely different from their "purple relative". It's like Angel and Demon, the original and Secret 2014. A completely different direction. I would say it's a dry, rich cranberry, generously sprinkled with cinnamon and ginger powder. The ginger is felt dry, dense, and intense. White flowers and vanilla can be sensed from a distance. The saffron dryness of Angel-Demon is noticeable. More long-lasting, bolder, and stronger than the purple Alien. Definitely a masterpiece.

Another comparison could be made with Mugler Angel Nova. Add fresh bitter orange zest, a bit of pepper, subdued lychee, cranberry sprinkled with cinnamon, and the top layer - ginger - to these sticky sweets. Oddly enough, I say "cranberry" even though it is not in the base.

A wonderful, self-sufficient perfume. I recommend it.

Vanilla with ginger, somewhat stuffy, a bit mature, long-lasting. It gives off a touch of the classic Alien's menthol-like freshness.

The fragrance creates a vibrant and sensual mood. I bought this fragrance. And the lilac one too. I use them interchangeably, sometimes one and sometimes the other. People around me ask questions and admire my perfume.

Like all Mugler creations, it can unfold in different ways. Upon first encounter, it opens with jasmine, reminiscent of the classic Alien. However, after a while, the jasmine disappears. From the notes that I can perceive, I can distinguish orange blossom and ginger. Compared to the classic version, Fusion is much warmer and sweeter, but it is also best suited for cooler temperatures or winter, as it can be a bit suffocating.
