For me, this was a complete failure. I didn't notice any improvement at all. My hair is dry and tangled, and there is absolutely no shine. It made things worse than they were before.
Normally, my hair is dyed dark, not bleached, regularly toned, and not damaged.
It smells as if they applied their usual scent (all their products smell similar) to a homeless person. Maybe it's because it only has 11 months left in its shelf life.
As a fan of the brand, I am unexpectedly and deeply disappointed.
I also kindly request the website to add a button to decline the gift. With another order, I received a completely flat cosmetic bag (or I don't even know what it is, it can barely fit a passport). I won't use it, but it's a shame to throw it away. Maybe someone else could find it useful.
