How to use:
For a bath, add 3 - 5 drops of essential oil, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, a solution of sea or table salt).
For massage — 3 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil.
For rubs — 5 - 7 drops per 10 ml of base oil.
For compresses — 2-3 drops per 1 cup of water.
In an aroma lamp — 3-5 drops per 15 m2.
In an aroma pendant: 2-3 drops.
To enrich creams and tonics — 3 drops per 5 ml of base.
