The product is very soft and comfortable.

This is the only toothbrush that doesn't make my gums bleed. It is very gentle, yet cleans my teeth perfectly. Simply the best.

I didn't buy it here, but it is absolutely amazing. For those who have gum problems, I haven't found a better brush yet. The bristles are very soft, gently clean, and don't harm the gums (I would even say that the gums don't feel the brush at all).
