After using this product just once, I must say I am pleasantly impressed. My hair feels softer and has more weight to it (which is important to me) since I have naturally fluffy, porous, and dry hair.

The fragrance is amazing and long-lasting on the hair. It has a nice consistency and provides a great volume. I have medium-porous hair that is slightly damaged, so I wouldn't say it's a "super moisturizer" - it provides moderate moisture. I won't purchase it again.

I have purchased this balm several times. During the first jar, I really liked it, but on the second one, not so much. I didn't like the scent that lingers on the hair, even though it smells nice in the jar. Additionally, in my opinion, it doesn't smoothen very well, so it doesn't make detangling wet hair easier. The positives are the large volume, price, and consistency.

I didn't buy it here. I didn't expect such quality for such a low price (where I bought it, it was twice as cheap). Firstly, it has a very large volume, I can't even imagine when it will run out. Secondly, the consistency is like a thick cream, the balm doesn't drip. Thirdly, the smell is very pleasant, it stays on the hair for a while. As for the effect, it's not mind-blowing, but it does the job. If you apply it to slightly towel-dried hair, the effect will be normal. I believe that it's not suitable for severely damaged hair, but it might work for others. It's worth trying. I think it deserves 4 stars, considering its price.

I was expecting more after reading numerous reviews. However, my hair did not become soft and silky as claimed. There is only a slight positive effect. I was unpleasantly surprised by the consistency of the conditioner - it is very thick, does not pour easily, and the dispenser does not work.

I purchased this product at the beginning of the year along with the shampoo from the same series. I am amazed and thrilled with the results right from the start (previously, I used a more expensive professional shampoo + conditioner). My hair (which is thin and prone to greasiness at the roots) is easily combed, tangles less, and noticeably sheds less (this may just be a coincidence) + it has a pleasant scent.

Ladies, what kind of moisturization were you expecting when alcohol is the second ingredient in the composition? It's laughable! Shampoos and conditioners from this brand excessively dry out the hair. I do not recommend it.
