Essential Oil "Tangerine" Esent

Cold pressing of tangerine peel produces a high-quality essential oil, which serves as an aromatic adaptogen and a natural source of vitamins. Its fragrance helps to eliminate irritability, heavy thoughts, insomnia, and stress, and boosts mood.

Tangerine essential oil can be used both on its own and in combination with other essential oils. It is perfect for anti-cellulite massage, weight loss, and body contouring. It optimizes blood circulation. Normalizes digestion, fights fermentation and putrefaction processes in the intestines. It is ideal for regular care of sensitive, irritated, and aging skin, strengthening its natural protective properties.

How to use: Tangerine essential oil can be used both in its pure form and in compositions with other essential oils (juniper, cypress, lavender, mint, elemi, neroli, citrus).

Skin care. Enriching cosmetic products (shampoos, creams, etc.): 5-8 drops of oil (oil compositions) for every 15g of base (1-2 tbsp).

Anti-wrinkle massage oil: mix 25ml of avocado oil, 25ml of jojoba oil, 25ml of wheat germ oil, 10 drops of frankincense, 10 drops of tangerine, 10 drops of neroli.

Massage. Mix 6-7 drops of oil (oil compositions) with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.). Enhances body firmness, optimizes blood exchange in tissues. In combination with avocado oil, it prevents skin stretching during pregnancy or changes in body volume.

To eliminate cellulite: mix 100ml of jojoba oil with 10 drops of juniper, 10 drops of rosemary, 10 drops of geranium, 10 drops of tangerine, and 5 drops of cypress. Use this massage oil on the affected areas with a sponge, brush, or massage glove.

Inhalations and room aromatization. Helps eliminate astheno-depressive states, pregnancy toxemia. Increases resistance and protective properties of the body. Provides excellent well-being in the absence of sunlight, stimulates vitamin assimilation.

Aroma diffusers: 3-5 drops of oil per 15 sq. meters, add to an aroma lamp filled with water, and light a candle.

Aromatherapy medallions: 2-3 drops.

Baths: 3-5 drops of oil (oil compositions) mixed with 30-60g of emulsifier (salt, soda, honey, bubble bath, cream, bran, etc.) and added to the filled bathtub.

Detox bath: 3 drops of juniper, 3 drops of geranium, 3 drops of tangerine, 1 drop of sandalwood.

Anti-cellulite bath: 5 drops of tangerine, 3 drops of juniper, 2 drops of cypress.

Gum applications: 5 drops of tangerine + 10g of wheat germ oil.
