This is a fantastic product for oily facial skin. Using just one drop at a time, it lasts for a long time. It deserves a place in your bathroom.

Apart from that, I don't understand why anyone would be dissatisfied with it.

I use it as a final step in my cleansing routine after removing my makeup with micellar water in the evening, and in the morning before applying moisturizer and foundation. One star for this product is too much.
Upon application, I felt a slight tingling sensation, but I didn't think much of it. I applied it, spread it on my face, and massaged for 30-40 seconds. I left it on my face for a couple of minutes while I brushed my teeth, and when I rinsed it off, I was horrified.
It dried out my skin so much that it felt like a hardened clay mask was applied to it... after a couple of minutes, my skin started to burn, not just tingle. I washed my face with a gentle cleanser and applied the heaviest cream I had... but it didn't make it much better. My face is still hot, red, and burning. I don't know what to expect next... I definitely won't buy it again, and I can't recommend it for purchase.

I love the Nivea brand for their shower gels and their famous cream, but this particular product is a complete disappointment. It doesn't foam, it tightens the skin, and it causes allergies. Normally, my skin is not sensitive, but this product caused peeling and redness. I do not recommend purchasing it.
