When I ordered the lip balm, I expected it to be transparent and melt on my lips, but it turned out differently. The balm is exactly the same color as the packaging and it doesn't melt much on the lips, leaving a slightly whitish-beige shade that doesn't cover the natural color of the lips. It doesn't look aesthetically pleasing. I won't buy it again. It has a chemical smell and provides little moisture and nourishment. In this aspect, EOS, Carmex, and Nivea are superior.
