Overall, I have a normal scalp type. I started using this shampoo and it lathers up nicely, has a pleasant scent, and thoroughly cleanses my hair until it squeaks. However, the next day, my hair becomes greasy. I began washing my hair with this shampoo every day.

Pretty decent. Hair feels a bit crunchy and gets tangled after using it. Can't do without conditioner. Satisfied, just like with most products from this manufacturer. The scent is amazing. Blondes can't go without it. Falls a bit short compared to the argan oil shampoo, but prices are biting right now.

After almost 1.5 months of use, here's what we have. With the first wash, very little shampoo was needed (this was pleasing) and the hair felt squeaky clean. However, it tangled the hair a lot, creating a mess that resembled dry straw. Thankfully, there is a conditioner (from the same series) that can be applied from the tips and worked upwards. Just 30 seconds of combing and everything is evenly distributed. Voila, soft hair! Additionally, after these two steps, there is a leave-in conditioner (a very nice spray bottle, also CHI). It probably does something good for the hair. After all these steps, blow drying, straightening, cooling with cold air, and applying oil to the ends, the hair is clean and smells nice. On the first Sunday, I washed my hair every other day. But then, I started washing it every day. I shampoo twice, applying more shampoo the first time because my hair is oily and it feels like it wasn't fully cleansed. It's better to wash them in the morning, as when washed in the evening, they don't look as fresh and tend to get tangled (I have thin hair that tends to curl in different directions, usually one side looks better than the other). If I wash my hair in the evening and go for a walk, the next morning my roots are saying a greasy hello.

This is a real find! The shampoo is perfect! The scent is amazing, the hair becomes silky, there is less hair fall, and it keeps the volume for a long time.

It didn't work for me. It effectively cleanses the hair, but unfortunately, it's impossible to comb the hair from the roots after using it. I have to apply conditioner almost from the roots.

I absolutely love this CHI series. I have a sensitive scalp and porous hair, and it is a perfect fit for me. It keeps my hair moisturized and smooth along the length, and it keeps my roots fresh for three days. The only downside is the smell. It's just like a men's shaving foam.

The shampoo seems to be good to the touch, leaving the hair clean. However, when you look at it from a different perspective, on the third day it's not that great. The mask from the same brand is also just average. On the other hand, the hair oil is amazing, making the hair silky and shiny.

I have a tendency towards oily scalp and light hair. I was looking for a shampoo that would effectively cleanse my roots without tangling or drying out the length. Unfortunately, this shampoo didn't work for me - it dries out my hair too much, causes tangling during rinsing, and even applying conditioner afterwards becomes a problem, so I didn't experience any moisturizing effects.

Personally, I find it to be a deep-cleansing shampoo that provides noticeable volume, so I use it sparingly and it works best after sports activities.

I would rate it around 4.5 stars. I have been using it for about 4 months. I mix it with 3 other shampoos, 2 with sulfates and 2 without. I thoroughly rinse it after the second application, then use a hair mask, heat protectant before blow-drying, and Chi silk serum after drying. My scalp tends to be somewhat prone to oiliness, so I wash my hair to keep it clean every day, but I'm lazy so I wash it less often when I don't need to go anywhere. After using this shampoo, there is a small amount of volume, and the roots feel clean and pleasant to touch. Also, considering that I currently have a remission of scalp psoriasis, there have been no signs of psoriasis or allergies noticed.

I bought a shampoo along with a conditioner and hair silk. I really like the combination, as it works well for my natural, porous, and somewhat dry hair. After using them, my hair feels clean, smooth, and not dry.

I liked the shampoo, but it's nothing special. It's a bit pricey for a regular shampoo. No wow effect happened...

I have been using this shampoo for a month now and I have something to say. I have oily scalp and, like most shampoos, this one doesn't prolong the freshness. However, it leaves my hair shiny and easy to comb, even after washing my head with just this shampoo. Usually, after such practice, my head becomes a tangled mess that is impossible to comb. The shampoo is thick, and for my long and fine hair that reaches my shoulders, 355 ml is enough for about a month (I wash my hair every other day). It didn't cause any itchiness and I noticed new hair growth, as there is now a fuzz on my head, which hasn't happened in a while. Therefore, I recommend it.

The shampoo was a perfect fit for me! I am thrilled! It cleanses to the squeaky clean! However, the jar arrived completely dusty. Please take care of the product's appearance!

This shampoo is just like any other shampoo. That's all there is to it. There is no "wow" effect and there never will be.

This shampoo is very suitable, to be more precise, it's one of my favorites! My hair is long, thin, dyed, and dark. Everything is satisfactory.
The scent is a bit strong, but I've learned to deal with it. I don't close the lid during the first week, so the perfume dissipates and becomes less overpowering.

I use this shampoo along with the conditioner and liquid silk from the same line, and overall it's not bad. The shampoo is gentle, foams well, and effectively cleanses in one go. It suits my scalp, but my hair length lacks moisture, even after using the entire series of products! I used the highly praised Chi line with argan oil before, and it didn't work well for me. My hair became frizzy and even drier. The Infra series suits me better.

Contrary to what I read in other reviews, my hair does not get dirty quickly. I wash it every three days in my usual routine (on the fourth day, the roots are almost not oily, it's just that the hair doesn't look fresh). After using this product, masks and conditioners (from other brands) effectively nourish the hair. I really like the scent, it reminds me of men's perfume, but it is not noticeable on the hair.

It dries out my hair!!! My thin curly hair just becomes dry from "Chi Infra". I usually use the restorative Insight series and decided to try the Infra series for a change. Maybe the Infra series just isn't suitable for me, but even the liquid silk makes my hair incredibly stiff. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for over 2 weeks and can draw my conclusions: the shampoo has a divine scent, personally reminding me of men's perfume. But there is a HUGE downside, as I belong to the category of people whose hair remains fresh for 4 days. With this shampoo, it becomes dirty by the second day, and if I go to bed with wet hair, a "nest" forms on the back of my head in the morning, as if I haven't washed my hair for a month, and the hair feels greasy and unpleasant to touch. In conclusion, this line did not work for me, I will try something else.

In addition, I received the Biosilk Silk Therapy Original Silk Treatment 167ml as a gift. This shampoo is excellent, it cleanses thoroughly and rinses out quickly until it squeaks. When used with the conditioner, the results are simply amazing. I am very satisfied. Personally, my hair stays clean for 3 days, and on the 4th day, it's slightly less fresh. Overall, I am extremely happy and I hope that I won't get used to it too soon.
