A versatile product created by the Ukrainian brand "Aromatika" delivers both pleasure and benefits upon use. A composition of essential oils becomes an invaluable aid for issues such as acne, dermatitis, irritation, and skin redness. The product features rejuvenating properties and effectively combats fine lines. The mixture has a toning and refreshing effect on the skin.
It is also used for strengthening hair and adding shine. The aroma composition with a delightful "Pine Spa" scent stabilizes the emotional state and stimulates mental activity. It is utilized in medicine as well: exhibiting anti-inflammatory effects for colds, relieving joint and muscle pain, reducing sweating, and optimizing the digestive tract's function.
Aroma Bath: Dissolve 3-7 drops of the mixture in 1 tablespoon of honey, salt, cream, yogurt, kefir, or bath foam. Add the solution to the bath. The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.
Aroma Shower: Dilute 2-3 drops of the mixture in 1 teaspoon of shower gel, liquid soap (or mix 5-7 drops of the mixture with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil), apply to the body (excluding the face and genital area), lightly rub in, and rinse off with water.
In baths and saunas: Prepare aromatic water: add 5-10 drops of the essential oil mixture to 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or sea salt, whey, cream), dissolve in 500 ml of water. In the bath, use 1-1.5 liters of such aromatic water to soak wooden floors, bath brushes, moisten the heater. In the sauna, place 200-300 ml of aromatic water in a container on the heater for evaporation, and also sprinkle on benches, walls. The duration of the procedure is 3-20 minutes (increase gradually).
Massage: Enhance the effectiveness of the massage by adding 3-7 drops of the essential oil mixture to 10-15 ml (dessert spoon - tablespoon) of massage cream or oil.
Enrichment of cosmetics with oil: Add 3-5 drops of the mixture to 1 dessert spoon of cosmetic product (cream, gel, toner, shampoo, conditioner), mix, and use as usual.
