Moisturizes, though it has the scent of baby cream and a slightly more liquid consistency. I recommend it.
The 100 ml format is very convenient to take on trips. Other than that, it's just a regular body lotion that moisturizes adequately. I deducted one star because of the scent, which turned out to be a bit strange for my liking.
