When I read enthusiastic reviews, I understand that perception must truly be so different for everyone that it's as if they're not even writing about this fragrance. On me, it gives off a masculine tobacco scent. Not just tobacco, but a STRONG tobacco scent. The bottle is lovely, but the contents are indescribable... a woman cannot smell like licorice that induces nausea and tobacco!!! The other fragrances from Lolita do not elicit disgust, only this one. I attribute it to individual perception. Maybe someone else would be delighted. Testing is a must.

I have never encountered a more tasteless scent! It is sharp and overpowering at first, then turns into the smell of regular powder after it fades away - a complete disappointment! It is definitely not worth the money! Now I will have to give this garbage as a gift to someone...

It has a spicy, sweet scent, but not overly cloying. I love anise in fragrances. When I got home, it really came alive. It's loud, but not screaming perfume. I agree with Alina that despite its delicacy, this fragrance can be overwhelming if you apply too much. The bottle and box are simply toy-like (in a good way). It's loud, but not screaming perfume. That's why I apply it on a scarf... and voila, everyone follows me and sniffs around. The bottle itself is just a embodiment of style, no wonder it received the "Cosmetic Oscar" in its time. And Lolita also resembles Little Black Dress by Guerlain, the pyramid structure is similar and the scent in the base too.

I purchased this fragrance on September 18th (this is not my first purchase on the makeup website) after my friend's enthusiastic reviews. Sadly, comparing the received fragrance with the previously ordered one, we come to the conclusion that the received one is a pathetic fake. Even the packaging was flimsy.
