The shampoo bottle is not packaged at all, not even with plastic wrap. The lid is barely screwed on. There are no guarantees about the contents, since the bottle is already open. I bought one for myself for hair loss and one for my husband with a biocomplex. It took three days to arrange delivery with the courier, who wasn't very customer-oriented.
Great shampoo! It's too early to speak about its effectiveness in preventing hair loss since I've only used it three times, but after the first use, my hair already became shiny and healthier-looking. It didn't cause any side effects. The scent is neutral.
