The 2014 Eau de Parfum, crafted by perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer, blends oriental and woody accords to create a fragrance that is harmonious, multifaceted, elegant, and gourmet. Mauboussin Pour Lui in Black is encased in a sleek bottle, designed in coal-black shades with matte textures. It subtly hints at the sophisticated and profound, smoky and mysterious, luxurious and opulent scent within, dedicated to the stylish man.

Top notes create a translucent veil of sweet, lingering caramel, juicy mandarin, and fresh mint.

Heart notes form the warm, pulsating "heart" of the composition, unfolding with hints of cedar, violet, and sage. The tangy symphony is spiced with an accord that makes the fragrance deeper and more enigmatic.

Not bad, but initially very sweet, like a candy scent. After an hour, it calms down a bit and the sweetness weakens but doesn't disappear, and woody notes appear, which I would like to have more of. It is relatively long-lasting. Probably not worth drenching oneself in it due to the sweetness and the strong trail in the first hour.

The scent is amazing! I have been buying this perfume abroad for many years. This year, I ordered it through makeup (delivery from Europe). Unfortunately, due to the design, it is not possible to see if the bottle is fully filled. With regular use, these perfumes would last me a year, but this time they lasted less than half a year. Therefore, most likely, the bottle I ordered here was half empty.

An incredible perfume. It sounds expensive. The longevity is decent. During the cold season, I sometimes borrow my husband's second one.
