The dual-phase makeup remover from NIVEA features a liquid that's blue on top and clear at the bottom. The small bottle resembles a cherished childhood toy - shaking it creates many beautiful colored bubbles. When mixed, the two layers (water and oil) form a single, slightly oily, blue mixture. After application, the skin around the eyes becomes soft and tender thanks to the oil base, without leaving a filmy sensation, creating a light creamy effect.
